The Bozeman studio is a full embodiment of the Tracy Anderson experience, delivering her latest choreography, tools, and innovations in a thoughtfully designed space. Signature mat and dance cardio classes alongside dynamic MYMODE sessions—all created to sculpt, strengthen, and inspire. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or reconnect with movement, you’ll find programming to meet you where you are.

Set against Bozeman’s wide-open skies and majestic landscape, the studio becomes more than a place to work out—it’s a sanctuary where the energy of the earth meets intentional movement. The climate-controlled classroom features Tracy’s proprietary Super G Floor, with amenities like private showers, a spacious locker room, and personal-use areas designed for comfort. A curated retail boutique completes the experience, supporting your wellness both inside and outside the studio.

What to Expect

The Prescription Team

Each studio is equipped with a Prescription Team that has studied under Tracy Anderson for upwards of a decade. Upon acceptance into the studio, new members are greeted by a member of The Prescription Team who will guide and nurture them through their physical curriculums. An initial body consultation is scheduled to establish individual needs and goals with regularly scheduled progress check-ins to ensure that each member is receiving all of the benefits that the studio and our team’s expertise has to offer.

Membership at a Tracy Anderson studio includes exclusive access to the Tracy Anderson Prescription Team, unlimited Tracy Anderson Method in-studio group classes, Custom Experience Plans, and Private Training and curated retail and nutritional products, including the TA Online Studio.

Members-Only Custom Experience Plans

As part of their membership, clients gain access to a personalized programming experience designed to help them achieve optimal results and make the most of their time in the studio. In addition to a robust group class schedule for all levels, each member receives a customized plan outlining how to best utilize the studio—what classes to take, how to structure their weekly routine, and which tools and resources will support their individual goals.

This bespoke approach includes tailored plans based on ongoing collaboration with The Prescription Team. It’s an ideal solution for anyone looking for a targeted fitness experience, including those returning to movement after pregnancy or navigating physical limitations.

Private Training

Private training with a Tracy Anderson trainer is available in-studio and off-site for studio members and non-members. The Private Training service is not included in the studio membership package, but is available to members at a discounted rate. The studios offer various personal training packages, including a popular 10-session package with the added component of a consultation with The Prescription Team. During this consultation, a customized program is designed to meet the client’s physical goals.

The Experience

TRACY’S TRAINERS

The Tracy Anderson training staff are the best in the fitness industry. Each professional has undergone an intensive selection process and rigorous training program alongside Tracy and her body prescription team. Your trainer will not only be silently leading you through your Tracy Anderson Method workout, but they will be doing it with you; every single move, every step of the way.

THE BEATS

The music will help you through your workout — which is why it’s loud and upbeat. Emotions come up because the music is on. You’re preoccupied, and unable to address the fact that you are being physically challenged in this space. The classroom environment is good for people to heal, without realizing how much they are healing. Let the music speak through you, and energize you. Complimentary ear plugs are available at reception for clients with hearing sensitivities.

THE HEAT

Our classrooms are heated to 95 degrees with 75 percent humidity. Working out in the heat and humidity provides a number of benefits: sweat encourages the body to release toxins and improves the skin elasticity and tone. The heat also keeps the muscles warm, ready to move, and malleable.

Remember to stay hydrated. When you exercise and sweat you are utilizing the body’s natural cooling mechanism. Guess what? All it wants in return is new water. Now that’s cleansing!
